Follow-Up Program
The 10-day Follow-up Program is designed for clients who have previously attended a Men's/Women's 4-week Operational Stress Recovery Program. Follow-up care maximizes clinical efficacy and long-term rehabilitation.
The Follow-up Program goals are to review the skills learned in the 4-week program and further integrate and develop them with each client, adding some more advanced training on an individual basis based on the individual’s readiness. The Follow-up Program is carefully planned with the group composition and past group experiences in mind to plan an individualized program for all clients. Follow-up's are within 3-6 months after the 4-week Program and there are separate programs for Men's Programs and Women's Programs.

10:30 break
10:45 one to one counselling sessions
individual community exposure therapy
individual journaling / reading
individual biofeedback
couple therapy as required
participant consultations with other professionals as required
11:45 lunch break / exercise
1:00 one to one sessions
2:00 complementary and alternative therapy / somatic therapy
3:00 walking / social integration
4:00 daily wrap up
