The 6-month pilot aftercare program provides comprehensive support and resources for individuals who have completed the OSI treatment program. With a focus on facilitating the transition from intensive treatment to post-treatment life, the program offers individual therapy, group therapy, skills enhancement workshops, psychoeducation resources, support network and peer mentoring, and wellness activities. The program spans 6 months and includes 12 hours of individual therapy, 24 hours of group therapy, 12 hours of skills enhancement workshops, 6 hours of psychoeducation, 6 hours of support network and peer mentoring, and 12 hours of wellness activities. This aftercare program aims to sustain recovery, promote successful reintegration, and enhance long-term well-being for participants on their post-treatment journey.
